For a number of years, Bill Lockie and Richard Owings have performed as “L&O”, a jazz duet with the unique instrumentation of just bass and violin. For the February 24 concert at the Jazz Club, the “L&O” sound will be filled out with the addition of Jake McIntyre-Paul on guitar, and Gareth Seys on drums.

Listeners will be treated to a lively mix of swing, blues, bossa nova, Latin, funk, and even a tango. This show will also provide a rare opportunity to hear Jake McIntyre-Paul on guitar, rather than in his more familiar role as a bassist.
